Situated in beautiful rolling hills at the foot of the famous Mont Sainte Victoire, some 25km east of Aix-en-Provence, Domaine Pinchinat has been in the hands of the same family for two centuries. Organic since 1990, the vines are located at over 200 metres which imparts an aromatic and pure fruited quality to the wines. In the cellar, fermentation in stainless steel maintains the subtle scents and refreshing flavours.
Elegant and sophisticated with an attractive pale pink colour and delicate notes of strawberry and stone fruits on the palate, this is the quintessential Provence rosé, the perfect glass of wine to enjoy this summer.

A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Rolle, this is a classic dry Provence rosé with an attractive pale pink colour. Delicate strawberry, peach and apricot fruits waft from the glass. Showing lovely freshness and elegance, with a hint of lavender and a mineral note on the finish, this would be perfect served chilled on its own or paired with seafood dishes and light summer salads.
