Winegrowers for well over one hundred years they own twenty hectares of vineyards in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, considered by many to be the best Grand Cru village in the Côtes des Blancs. The Cuvée Blanc de Blancs NV is the flagship cuvée of the estate. 100% Chardonnay, the fruit is sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côtes des Blancs. It spends about three years ageing in the cellar and shows terrific aromatic intensity and freshness. A classic aperitif glass, it would go equally well with seafood and a range of summer dishes.
Capturing all of the natural radiance of the vintage, the 2006 Grand Cru Mesnil Blanc de Blancs is bursting with character and energy. Intensely satisfying and refreshing with an elegant biscuity note, this rare vintage cuvée is the perfect celebratory champagne. Only a few cases available.
