Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Since 2020 the Domaine is in the hands of the current generation Nicolas and Alexandrine, and together with Cedric Allion they are making some excellent wines under his watchful eye.

Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.

Their Touraine Sauvignon is bright and lively with grapefruit and lime on the palate and a lingering minerality. Dinstinctly Touraine! Their Crémant is a particularly memorable blend of Chenin (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) which spends as much as 60 months in the underground tuffeau caves.
