A small family-run domaine in Poinchy, just to the west of the village of Chablis, Domaine Laurent Tribut produces some of the purest and most elegant wines in the entire region.

With just over 7 hectares quantities are small and even smaller in 2021 but quality is extraordinary. Laurent’s three daughters continue to do everything by

hand. Their approach is similar to Vincent Dauvissat’s, Laurent’s brother-in-law. The wines are matured in old oak barrels adding an extra dimension without dominating the terroir. Characterised by their balance and minerality when young, these cuvées will also enjoy some time in bottle as they have great ageing potential.
