Domaine de Guillemarine has been in the same family for generations and has recently undergone extensive renovations, with an increasing emphasis on lutte raisonnée farming practices. The local speciality Picpoul de Pinet is considered the Muscadet’ of the south and is produced just metres away from the oyster

beds of the Bassin de Thau. This delicious Picpoul de Pinet has classic aromas of white flowers and stone fruit. The palate is crisp, refreshing and full of flavour with pear, lemon and pineapple fruits mingled with floral notes. Just the thing with fresh seafood or as an aperitif.
