The son of Jean and Agnès Foillard, Alex studied and developed his winemaking skills in Montpellier, Beaune, Australia and Japan. He began working at their Morgon domaine in 2015 and set about creating his own estate. Alex follows his

father’s philosophy – a lot of work in the vineyards and the minimum of intervention in the cellar, to ensure his wines reveal all the nuances of each terroir. A rising star, his wines are going from strength to strength.
