A 4-6 pre-ferment maceration led to great extraction of juice with superb concentration of fruit; 100% fermented by wild yeasts, this ruby red pinot is supple and complex. It is a brooding wine with a hint of forest floor and darker fruit with a hint of caramel on the palate. Fine tannins coupled with a natural high-acidity make this a refreshing, vibrant wine.
