About the Wines
Picpoul de Pinet, Domaine de Guillemarine 2019
Languedoc, France
Picpoul de Pinet is produced just metres away from the oyster beds of the Bassin de Thau. This delicious example from Guillemarine Juilet has classic aromas of white flowers, stone fruit, and lemon with floral notes and a refreshing briney twist on the finish reminding you of the proximity to the sea. Just the thing with fresh seafood or as an aperitif.
Quinde Torrontes, Bodegas Vinecol 2020
Mendoza, Argentina
An organic Torrontés from the Ñacuñan biosphere reserve in the southeast of Mendoza. Intensely aromatic with floral notes of white blossom, rose petal, peach and citrus fruit on the palate; finishing dry and balanced with a subtle bitter, crisp, herbal edge.
Pinot Grigio Rosato, La Jara 2020
Veneto, Italy
This Pinot Grigio Rosato exhibits delicate aromas of white peach and melon to the nose and palate. This is a soft and harmonious rosé with floral and berry fruit aromas followed by a lovely, lifted finish.
Origines Rosé Turitelles, Domaine d`Altugnac 2020
Languedoc, France
From altitude in the Vallée de l’Aude in the Languedoc, the name Turitelles refers to the cone shaped marine fossils which litter the vineyard soils and confer a zippy minerality to the wine. Crunchy red berries and peach with a super light and refreshing finish.
La Linda Malbec, Bodega Luigi Bosca 2019
Mendoza, Argentina
From Luján de Cuyo Commune, 15 kms south of Mendoza city. 960 m above sea-level, on the eastern slope of the foothills. Argentina’s trademark grape variety, although originally known in South of France especially for `Cahors`. Characteristically intense red colour and aromas of cherries, aged in French oak for 3 months. Great structure, fine and approachable, great with a steak.
Beaujolais Vieilles Vignes, Domaine de la Rocaillère 2018
Beaujolais, France
A light-bodied and floral old-vine Beaujolais, brimming with violets, the core fruit profile is led by summer fruits and bright, fresh pomegranate; this may be a juicy wine but still finishes refreshingly, especially when served slightly chilled.
