Sancerre Florès, Domaine Vincent Pinard 2020
Vincent Pinard are widely regarded as Sancerre`s best producer with enviable vineyard ownership in the heart of this limestone-rich region, centred in the town of Bué. The vines are treated organically, with low-yields, and modern winemaking techniques and winery. Florès is fermented before being aged on lees entirely in tank, to preserve its natural freshness and minerality. Zesty and aromatic on the nose with fresh lemons, limes, and zing of green fruit characters, and a long citrussy finish.
