Domaine de Bouchot is run Pascal & Rachel Kerbiquet and has been biodynamic since the 1980`s, the first to do so in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Nice citrusand pear notes on the nose with an elegant attack in the mouth and great tension. Balanced, delicate and fine, with incredible depth and purity.
