This outstanding Muscadet is made from the younger vines and is farmed organically, which is no small feat in such a famously wet and windswept region. The wine is aged for seven months in stainless steel tank, preserving its freshness. Displaying classic citrus and marine aromas, zip and a subtle spritz it is ideal with bivalves (mussels, oysters, etc.)
