Mosset Reserva Brut Nature, Sabaté i Coca 2016
A single vineyard blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, with a high proportion of Xarel·lo, and aged 40 months on lees. Classic aromas of long lees ageing on the nose: chamomille, dried flowers, patisserie and white chocolate. Lovely lemon and lime, sea breeze notes, too. Very fresh and juicy, with small, persistent bubbles and a salty, mineral finish.
