Fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc is picked at night to ensure optimal freshness. Golden robe with green tints, perfect limpidity and nice intensity. Complex nose with fine fruits notes (citrus, grapefruit) and minerals. On aeration, nice minerality with gunflint notes.
The palate is riche and thick, but with extraordinary finesse. The fruits aromas are ripe and reminiscent of peach. This cuvee is powerful on the nose and on the palate, with great intensity and length.
