Gruner Veltiner Ried Loibenberg Smaragd, Knoll 2020
Loibenberg is the warmest vineyard Knoll works with, it is south-facing and the terraces reflect the heat. This makes for a charming and generous expression of Grüner. Floral and pretty bouquet, featuring apple blossom, hint of rose petal and linseed. Very creamy and broad on the palate, with just a hint of oriental spice. Despite the generosity of this wine, there is good extract and a lasting finish.
