Bernard Billaud`s son Samuel is now in charge of winemaking and, judging by the number of `jeunes talents` winemaking trophies bearing his name in the tasting room, the wine is in very good hands. Family run Domaine in the heart of Chablis. The wines are very highly rated, combining classic minerally flavours with an extra intensity which makes the wine stand out from the crowd.
