Castellroig Reserva Brut Rosat, Sabaté i Coca 2018
Made from local varieties Garnatxa, Trepat and Xarel·lo and aged for 18 months on lees. Pretty, strawberry-pink colour. The bouquet shows sweet strawberry fruit and subtle hints of raspberry and rosehip. Textured and juicy palate with a creamy mousse and vibrant red fruit and just a hint of spice.
