Castellroig Reserva Brut Nature, Sabaté i Coca 2018
This is a classic blend of the three native varieties, Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada and is aged on the lees for 18 months. The nose displays hints of white flowers, citrus fruit and a subtle fennel note. Really good freshness here and a fine, elegant mousse. Hint of white chocolate rounds off the toasty, creamy palate.
