Bukettraube, Cederberg Private Cellar 2020
This is a rare cultivar with less than 100 hectares left in the world and while there are small parcels in Germany and Alsace, Bukketraube seems to have found its calling in South Africa. Case in point: Cederberg`s Bukettraube. With floral notes and stone fruit on the nose, it has just a touch of delicate sweetness and a clean, crisp finish. This is an ideal match to delicately spiced Asian food, and a fair few cheeses.
